Affiliate Terms & Conditions
Affiliate Registration
We moderate all affiliate registrations, and we appreciate your accurate and honest information. We reserve the right to approve or reject any application in our sole discretion, and the review process may take a few days.If you’re approved, you’ll receive access to your private Affiliate Area, where you can find your unique referral link/code and track clicks, conversions, and earnings. Acceptance into the program does not guarantee compensation or continued participation.Eligibility: You must be at least eighteen (18) years old to participate.
Commissions and Payments
You’ll earn a 10%–12% commission when a customer purchases through your approved referral link and/or code, as tracked by our designated systems. All payments are performance-verified and issued Net-30 after verification/approval. Compensation is performance-based and not guaranteed. We may update commission rates or bonus structures prospectively.To receive payouts, you must provide any required payout and tax information requested during enrollment.

Referral Cookie Lifetime (15 Days)
When a potential customer clicks your referral link, a cookie may be stored in their browser to track attribution. Our cookie lifetime is 15 days.
A referral may not be awarded if:
The customer uses a different browser/device than the one they originally used to visit our site (cookie not present)
The customer completes the purchase after 15 days (cookie expired)
Tracking is blocked/disabled and attribution cannot be confirmed in our system.
Refunded Purchases / Reversed Commissions
Only referrals in good standing (i.e., not refunded, cancelled, or charged back) are eligible for commission payout. If a purchase is refunded, cancelled, or reversed, the related commission may be rejected or reversed.
We reserve the right to reject affiliate commissions if a referral was generated in violation of our policies or the spirit of the program.
Affiliate News and Updates
By becoming an affiliate, you agree to receive affiliate-only emails from us on an as-needed basis. These may include program updates, brand news, promo guidance, and time-sensitive information. We won’t spam you.
Affiliate Application Rejection
We reserve the right to reject affiliate applications for any reason, and we may or may not provide an explanation. Applications may be rejected if we believe an account, website, or promotional approach is not aligned with our brand, compliance requirements, or values.
Dormant Affiliate Accounts
We encourage affiliates to actively promote to keep earning commissions. If your account becomes inactive, we may temporarily deactivate it. (If you want a specific dormancy window like “6 months,” tell me and I’ll lock it in.)
FrickN’ Clean Affiliate Program Policies
Allowed Promotional Methods
We encourage promotional methods that add real value and introduce FrickN’ Clean to new customers. Examples:
Share your referral link/code with your audience on social platforms in a spam-free way
Create a review, demo, or educational post (with required disclosures)
Share your experience and results with real-use content (must be approved before posting)
Answer relevant questions and include your referral link where appropriate (no spam)
Prohibited Promotional Methods
To protect the brand and customers, the following are prohibited and may result in referral rejection and/or account removal:
Posting unapproved content (all content must receive prior written approval)
Any attempt to manipulate tracking/attribution (fraud, fake orders, misleading routing, etc.)
Misleading claims or incorrect information about the brand/products
Any form of spam (emails, comments, DMs, posts, etc.)
Illegal, offensive, deceptive, or reputation-harming activity
Pretending to be FrickN’ Clean / cloning our site / misrepresenting affiliation or implying you are our employee or official channel
Any conduct that conflicts with our values or creates legal/compliance risk
If you’re unsure whether something is allowed—ask us before you post.
Consequences of Prohibited Promotional Methods
If your promotional methods step outside these terms, your referrals may be rejected and we may suspend or disable your affiliate account. We may or may not notify you in the moment. Please stick to allowed methods so we can help you succeed.
The Important Stuff
By registering and participating, you agree:
All tracking/attribution decisions are determined solely by our systems and are final
Participation is not employment and creates no employee rightsContent approval is required before posting
We can request content removal at any time for legal, compliance, or reputational reasons
We may modify or discontinue the program at any time without liability
Our liability is limited to amounts actually paid to you (to the maximum extent permitted by law)
Content & Intellectual Property (Creators / Influencers)
Once content is approved, it becomes the exclusive property of the Company (perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free).You may display approved content in a non-commercial portfolio, but we may request removal at any time. Our trademarks and brand assets remain ours; your right to use them is limited and revocable.
